Okara Cake
1.
Add an appropriate amount of flour to the bean dregs, add a small amount of water and stir to form a paste.
2.
Add the right amount of salt and chopped green onion to the paste-like bean dregs.
3.
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the hot pot, add two tablespoons of okara, and shake the pot quickly to spread the okara in the pot.
4.
Wait for the batter on the side to rise and look no raw noodles on the surface, use a spatula to gently shovel the okara cake from the side, shake the pan so that the cake does not stick to the bottom of the pan and fry until it is golden brown. Slowly turn it over and then burn it. Use a spatula to press the cake and it will be out of the pan without squeezing out the paste.
Tips:
1 The bean dregs can be very dry without filtering. Add water after adding the noodles. 2Be sure to wait for the okara to turn up and try to shovel the cake off the bottom of the pan. Don't rush to turn over the okara to fry the whole.
