The leftover soy milk and soy milk dregs at home will live in the pancakes, increase the nutrition of the staple food, and do not waste the bean dregs. The resulting cake is full of bean aroma and crispy skin. A friend asked me how the pancakes are rounded in another pancake recipe of mine. This time I attached a detailed picture.

Okara Cake

1. Prepare the remaining soy milk and flour with okara

2. Mix noodles with soy milk

3. Roll into a dough sheet, sprinkle salt and five-spice powder evenly on top

4. Brush oil

5. Roll up this step from bottom to top in order to create layers

6. Roll it up horizontally, press and roll it into a cake

7. Brush the bottom of the pan with a little oil, pancakes over a small fire

8. Turning over from time to time, the pie is loose and layered and cooked

Tips:

The noodles should be as soft as possible to make the cakes that are strong and delicious.
