Okara Fried Rice

Knock the eggs in a bowl and beat them up. You can put a little water or olive oil here when you beat them up, so that the scrambled eggs will be softer.

Tips:
When the bean dregs are filtered, you must leave a little bit of soy milk in it, so that the bean dregs will not be very dry, and I feel softer and make fried rice taste better
