Old Beijing Fried Noodles

First prepare a piece of pork belly, clean it, then cut into small cubes, and separate the fat and lean meat;

Prepare shredded cucumber, chopped green onion, minced garlic, millet chili;

Prepare the sauce: 3 spoons of soybean paste + 2 spoons of sweet noodle sauce + 1 spoon of dark soy sauce + 3 spoons of light soy sauce + 1 spoon of oil consumption + 1 spoon of sugar + 1 spoon of thirteen spices, stir well and set aside;

Put oil in the pan, first add the diced fat and stir fry to get the oil, then pour in the diced lean meat and continue to stir-fry until the color changes, add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the prepared sauce and millet chili and stir fry until the sauce is mixed with the diced meat, and the meat becomes brighter. Stir fry over a medium-to-low heat. This process should not be lazy. Stir fry all the time to prevent the bottom from getting muddy.
