Old Beijing Fried Pimple

Add flour to the right amount of water and make a dough, which is slightly harder than the dumpling wrapper.

Prepare green and red peppers, corn, green beans, and diced meat.

Roll out the dough into a piece, which is slightly thicker than the dumpling skin.

Use a knife to cut into strips and then cut into small square slices, and then pinch the small square slices into lumps with your hands.

Pinch the pimple grains.

Add the diced meat to a teaspoon of cooking wine, mix well with an appropriate amount of salt and a teaspoon of starch.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until the gnocchi rises and is cooked through.

Scooped up cold water. Make the gnocchi chewy enough.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt balsamic vinegar and stir fry until almost cooked.

Finally, add gnocchi and stir fry until everything is cooked through. You can also add an appropriate amount of chicken powder and chopped green onion to stir fry to enhance the flavor. (I omitted these)
