Old Vinegar Peanuts

1. 100g peanuts, 4/1 onion, 1 green and red pepper, 2g coriander
15g light soy sauce, 30g vinegar, 8g sugar, 0.5g salt, 15g oyster sauce

2. Diced onion

3. Green and red pepper cut into circles

4. Pour in 15g light soy sauce, 30g vinegar, 8g sugar, 15g oyster sauce, 0.5g salt, and mix well

5. Peanuts in cold oil
