Old Vinegar Peanuts

100g peanuts, 4/1 onion, 1 green and red pepper, 2g coriander
15g light soy sauce, 30g vinegar, 8g sugar, 0.5g salt, 15g oyster sauce

Diced onion

Green and red pepper cut into circles

Pour in 15g light soy sauce, 30g vinegar, 8g sugar, 15g oyster sauce, 0.5g salt, and mix well

Peanuts in cold oil

Turn on a small fire, flip it back and forth with a spoon halfway through

Hear peanuts popping, cracking, and discoloring, control the oil and remove it

Pour the sauce in the pot

Stir-fry on high heat until the sauce is bubbling and thick, turn off the heat

Pour in cold peanuts and side dishes

Stir fry evenly and serve

Garnish with a little coriander
Tips:
1. A little bit of peanuts should be cold oil, not easy to fry
