Olive Pork Lung Soup

Olive wash

Smashed with a stone mortar

Fresh pork lungs, cut into pieces, washed and dried

After the water is boiled, put in the pig lungs, blanch the water, and remove the foam

Put the olives in the stew pot

Add pork lungs and coriander root

Put it on the stewing pot and simmer for about 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Tips:
1. Be sure to choose fresh pig lungs, the color is pink and tender, do not choose black spots, shriveled.
2. The olive smashing can blend the olive juice into the soup better.
3. Add salt when eating.
