Omelet Black Rice

Steam the white glutinous rice and black rice (there is an introduction in my recipe).

Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, stir 3 teaspoons of starch with water and pour into the egg liquid, brush a little oil in the pot.

Turn on a low heat to heat the pot, use a spoon to scoop about 35ml of egg liquid into the hot pot, turn the pot so that the egg liquid is evenly spread on the bottom of the pot, remove the finished omelet and put it on a plate.

Dice the ham and mince the mustard. Heat the pot and put the oil, saute the ham and mustard tuber until fragrant, add the steamed rice and sprinkle with chopped green onion, and add a little light soy sauce to taste.

Wrap the fried rice in egg skins, put it in the refrigerator, and steam it with water.
Tips:
You can add some chili to the rice according to personal taste.
