Omurice

Prepare a bowl of overnight rice (if not frozen for 7 minutes), pour some oil into the rice to separate the rice (this is important)

Prepare the ingredients for the fried rice, mince it (match yourself)

Make egg crust: beat three eggs, 2 scoops of water, 1 scoop of cream (may be milk), 1 scoop of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of salt

First, fry the fried rice and put the bowl on the plate

Egg skin: The pot must not be too hot! Gently fold one side to the middle and then to the other side (fold the two sides to the middle and then turn over directly, you can take it out in 3 seconds)

Cover the egg crust with barbecue sauce or ketchup as you like
