It's been a long time since I graduated, and I miss the school's omelet very much. It’s better to take action, buy good ingredients and do it! It may not be up to the professional level, but I am very satisfied with the home-cooked taste~

Ingredients

Omurice

1. Wash half a cucumber and half a radish and cut into small pieces, set aside~

2. I bought canned corn kernels. Take out three spoons and put them in a saucer for later use~

3. Cut the ham into small strips for later~

4. Put two eggs in salt and cumin and beat them up for use~ Because I like cumin, I don’t want to leave it...

5. Put the radish and cucumber cubes in the pot and stir fry

6. Add corn kernels and continue to fry~

7. Add ham strips and rice and stir fry. Add salt, cumin, white sesame seeds and Heinz tomato chili sauce and stir fry.

8. Put the fried rice out and set aside

9. Spread the egg liquid into the pot to make an egg crust. Put rice in it...

10. Wrap the rice and cut it in half. Drizzle tomato chili sauce over the egg crust. You can eat it~

Tips:

The ingredients in the fried rice can be according to your own preferences~ I personally decide that tomato chili sauce is better than tomato sauce. It varies from person to person.
