One fish

Take one of the flowering knives
3.
Partially marinate with the main ingredients plus shallots and coriander for 30 minutes
4.
Put on a low heat at 210 degrees for 15 minutes
5.
Brush oil out of the oven
6.
Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, sesame seeds, cover with shallots and coriander, and put it in the oven again for 5 minutes
7.
Remove the shallots and coriander
8.
Sprinkle with shallots and coriander to finish
