Tips:
Rice is not easy to be too dry or too runny. If you use pure rice, the stickiness is slightly worse, and it will easily fall apart after being rolled. For example, pure glutinous rice is too sticky and the taste is not good, so I used a 1:1 ratio of rice and glutinous rice, which is just right and the taste is very good. The side dishes can be matched as you like. Add a little warm water and cooking wine to the egg liquid to remove the fishy, and the fried eggs will have a softer taste.
