Onion Bacon Bread Roll

In addition to the butter of the bread ingredients, put the bread ingredients into the bread machine for a kneading procedure;

Put butter in again and perform a kneading procedure;

Use your finger to make a hole in the dough, and the dough does not collapse, indicating that the fermentation has been completed;

Divide the bread dough into 3 equal pieces of dough, round and let stand for 30 minutes

Take a dough, roll it out into a rectangular shape, and spread three pieces of bacon;

Sprinkle with onion diced, red pepper diced and mozzarella cheese;

Fold the two long sides in half;

Roll up from the short side to form a dough roll;

Cut the dough in half and it becomes a bread roll;

Arrange the cut rolls, put them in a baking tray, wrap them in a fresh-keeping bag, and conduct a second proofing for 1 hour;

Brush each roll with egg wash; (you can sprinkle some crushed black pepper if you like)

Put it in the preheated oven, pipe up and down at 190 degrees, and bake for 18 minutes. After the baked meal packs are unmolded, they can be placed on a drying rack to cool.
