Onion Bullfrog

Peel the onion, wash it, and cut it as you like. The bullfrog will let it ascend to the sky first, and then wash and remove the N pieces.

Stir-fry the onion with hot oil in the pan, then add some oil to the sliced ginger and the smashed garlic and stir for a while.

Add the bullfrog, stir fry with the cooking wine, add the dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence, a little water, and stuff for a while.

After the bullfrogs are ripe, add the fried onions, fry them to the extent you like, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
