There are two elderly people who have suffered a stroke and like to eat steamed buns. Today, onions and pork are used to make steamed buns. The taste is really good. The onion has a strong scent and is suitable for stroke patients. Onions can dilate blood vessels.

Onion Meat Buns

1. Yeast is melted in warm water

2. Add flour and stir to form a flocculent shape, then knead into a smooth dough, seal and ferment to double size

3. Add in the minced meat, all the seasonings except sesame oil, stir well

4. Add minced onion and mix well, then add sesame oil, stir well and set aside

5. Put the fermented dough on the chopping board and knead the dough, divide it into even small doses, then round the dough and wake up for about 15 minutes

6. Then use a rolling pin to roll into a thick dough and add the onion meat

7. Wrap into buns, proof for about half an hour until the buns are elastic

8. Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

9. Remove and install

10. Ready to eat

Tips:

When cutting an onion, cut the onion and soak it in clean water for a while, then take it out and cut it so that it won’t be dazzling.
