Onion Pancakes
1.
Add salt and water to the flour and stir to form a batter. Wash the onions and cut them into round slices for later use.
2.
Take the baking pan, heat the pan and heat oil, add an appropriate amount of batter and spread it into a cake shape, add onion slices and gently press on it.
3.
Continue to spread the batter on the other side of the onion, making it as thin as possible.
4.
Once it's done frying, turn it over gently to continue frying, cover the pot and simmer the cooked onions in the middle.
5.
In the egg liquid, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, spicy powder, and fragrant cooked sesame seeds. Stir well and serve as a spread for pancakes.
6.
Fry the onion pancake until the onion is half cooked, and when the two sides of the pancake are crispy, spread the sauce evenly and fry.
7.
Continue frying until both sides are golden and crispy, and you can eat it out of the pan.
Tips:
Cut the onion. If you are afraid of spicy food, you can put a bowl of water next to it to reduce the spicy taste.
