Onions Mixed with Potatoes

Prepare two potatoes, wash, peel, shred, put them in a basin filled with water, wash, and remove excess starch.

Prepare half an onion and shred it.

Put water in the pot, blanch the potatoes until they are too cool, then drain the water.

In a separate pot, put a small amount of oil in the pot, sauté the onions twice to remove the spiciness, and then pour the sauteed onions together with the oil into the pot containing the shredded potatoes. Then sprinkle with a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of light soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil, stir well and serve.

Then sprinkle with fried black sesame seeds for decoration and finish.
Tips:
If you like the original spiciness of onion, you don't need to stir it with oil, just add it to the potato shreds and cool it.
