Oolong Wing

Ingredients: chicken wings, oolong tea, rib sauce

Stir the tea leaves with the chicken wings and tea leaves. Take two teaspoons of pork rib sauce and put them in a bowl. Add salt, soy sauce, a small amount of white wine, chicken wings, and tea leaves. Stir them in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours.

This is the marinated chicken wings.

Put the marinated chicken wings in the microwave for ten minutes and let cool for later use. (The time can be determined according to the power of your own microwave)

Prepare sugar, tea (dry), iron pot (preferably one that is not commonly used at home)

Put a small spoonful of sugar and tea leaves in the bottom of the pot and set aside.

Put the cold chicken wings on the grill and put them on the fire. When the first white smoke comes out, cover the pot. After 2 minutes, lift the lid and take the chicken wings out of the pot.

In the finished product, there is a hint of caramel in the tea fragrance, which is really delicious.
