Open Back Shrimp

Wash, open the back, and remove the shrimp thread.

Soak the vermicelli in hot water and put it in the middle of the plate to make the bottom. Place the processed shrimp on a plate, as shown in the figure.

Appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, a small amount of water, garlic paste and mix thoroughly

Put the prepared sauce into the back of the shrimp, as shown in the picture

Bring to a boil, steam for 4 minutes

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and drizzle with hot oil. You can start eating happily!
