Orange Sauce Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs, put water in the pot and boil the ribs until half-cooked (about 20 minutes)

Wash and cut the ginger, onion and garlic, and wash the three star anises.

Squeeze the oranges out of juice for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add pork ribs and fry until slightly browned.

Tips:
You don’t need to cook the ribs first, and you can wash and fry them directly, but this will prolong the braising time. Do it yourself.
