Ordinary Happy Taste-leek and Fresh Meat Wonton

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour and form a smooth dough for half an hour.

Roll it into thinner noodles, cut them into square noodles, or buy ready-made wonton wrappers directly at the fresh noodle shop to make it easier!

Clean the fresh meat and chop it into puree.

Add leeks and ginger and mince.

Add appropriate amount of thirteen spices to taste.

Add some salt.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Knock the egg into a small hole, pour the egg white into the chopped leek and fresh meat, stir well and serve as the wonton filling.

Take a wonton wrapper and put an appropriate amount of filling in the center.

Fold the wonton wrapper in half and don't need to fold it too neatly, so that the wonton wrapped won't be too rigid.

Fold in half again.

Pull the two corners of the wonton wrapper together as shown in the figure, pinch it tightly, and one wonton will be wrapped.

Boil the water in the pot and boil the wontons.

Put shredded seaweed in a bowl, add some salt, a little chicken essence, and a little soy sauce.
