Oreo Salty Butter Cake

Bake a 6-inch cake in advance.

Demould with bare hands and divide into 2 or 3 pieces.

Beat the whipped cream with fine sugar until it reaches 5 minutes, then add the Oreo powder (I use a rolling pin to grind it into a powder) with the filling removed, and continue to beat. Be careful to overshoot.

Take one piece and put it in the tray.

Put in an appropriate amount of whipped cream and smooth it out.

Cover with a slice of cake.

Spread the whole cake with Oreo whipped cream (it doesn’t matter if the surface is uneven)
8.
Squeeze shell patterns around, sprinkle Oreo powder, biscuits and crispy rolls in the middle for decoration.
