Orleans Roasted Wings and Potato Double
1.
Wash the chicken wings, drain, and rub a little salt
2.
Add Orleans powder and marinate for half an hour or more
3.
Put the potatoes in the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes
4.
Pick up and drain
5.
Add Orleans powder and mix well
6.
Place the marinated chicken wings and potatoes on the grilling net, and remember to put a baking sheet underneath to prevent oil from dripping onto the oven heating tube. I also put tin foil on the bottom so that I don’t need to wash it.
7.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, put it into the oven, and bake for 10 minutes
8.
Pour in oyster sauce and honey, mix well, put the chicken wings and potatoes in, roll around and put back into the grill
9.
Put it in the oven again and bake for 10-15 minutes
10.
Seeing the oil on the surface of the chicken wings, it's ready to be baked
Tips:
This dish is also very good as an afternoon tea snack. It is also very satisfying to add a little salty snack to the many desserts, chatting and drinking tea with friends.
