My family likes to eat softer pizzas, so they often make thicker ones. The method of this pizza is improved by me. I like to stir-fry the pizza first before using it. This can effectively remove the moisture in the dish and prevent the cake from making it sticky. First put some egg liquid on the cake base to isolate it. I have also used this recipe to make fish-flavored shredded pork pizza... super awesome

Orleans Taste Thick Bottom Pizza

1. Put all the ingredients except the oil into the bread machine, start the kneading for 30 minutes, add the oil to the dough and continue to live. The live noodles are fermented.

Tips:

Cheeses with high milk fat content will be yellowish when baked, and cheeses with low milk fat will be whiter. When making a fruit pizza, first scramble the bottom of the cake, then put the fruit and cheese and bake it for a while. The fruit will not taste good after baking for a long time, and water will come out. If you like sweeter fruit pizza, you can also put some jam on it.
