Oven Version-grilled Ribs

Wash the ribs and put them in a basin, soak in cold water for 1 hour.

Wash the green onion and cut into sections, peel off the ginger, wash and slice.

Put appropriate amount of chili powder and cumin powder in a small bowl and mix well.

Soak the ribs, clean them and put them in a large bowl, add the green onion and ginger slices.

Add 1g black pepper, 5g oyster sauce, 20g light soy sauce, 1g salt, 5g chicken essence, 2g sugar, 10g cooking wine, 25g Korean hot sauce, 8g honey.

Grab it with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours.

Cover the baking tray with tin foil, pick out the ginger slices of the marinated ribs, put them on the baking tray, and place the marinated ribs on the baking tray one by one.

Preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 5 minutes, put in the ribs, and bake for 20 minutes.

After roasting, take out the ribs, turn the ribs over, brush with a layer of sauce from the marinated ribs, brush and bake again for 20 minutes.

After roasting, take out, sprinkle with cumin powder mixture, put it in the oven again, and bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Bake them out, put them on a plate and eat them.
Tips:
The ribs are soaked for an hour to soak in the bleeding water, and it will be more delicious when grilled. It is best to marinate the ribs for more than 3 hours, and overnight is better, so that it will be more delicious.
