Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, soak them in clean water for 20 minutes, and drain them.

After soaking the chicken wings, put a flower knife on the surface of the wings, then use salt and white wine to grab evenly and let stand for 10 minutes

Slice garlic and ginger separately and set aside

Cold pan with cold oil. After the oil is hot, put the chicken wings on the pan and cook on medium heat.

Fry until the chicken wings are golden brown on both sides, then add garlic and ginger slices

Pour in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar

Add half a bowl of boiling water, turn to a high heat and then turn to a low heat

Simmer until the soup thickens (it takes about 12-15 minutes)
Tips:
If the time is tight, soaking there for half an hour (step 1) can be omitted.
