Chicken Wing, in Cantonese, is called Ji Zhongyi, a delicacy that everyone loves and knows about. It is the tenderest part of the whole chicken. No matter what method you use to cook chicken wings, you will be rewarded with deliciousness. After eating it, it will definitely make you memorable. (Don't tell me that there is no "absolute" in this world. I think it exists...haha~!)
Today, I will have a simple braised chicken wings in oyster sauce. The time and ingredients used in the preparation process are very simple. Of course it tastes so good! What is oyster sauce? Oyster sauce is a seasoning made of oysters and brine. It is a kind of nutritious and delicious seasoning. It is braised and cooked with tender chicken wings. The finished product is golden in color, salty with sweetness and meat quality...Haha! Who knows who eats... Remember to cook more rice.

Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings

1. Wash the chicken wings, soak them in clean water for 20 minutes, and drain them.

2. After soaking the chicken wings, put a flower knife on the surface of the wings, then use salt and white wine to grab evenly and let stand for 10 minutes

3. Slice garlic and ginger separately and set aside

4. Cold pan with cold oil. After the oil is hot, put the chicken wings on the pan and cook on medium heat.

5. Fry until the chicken wings are golden brown on both sides, then add garlic and ginger slices

6. Pour in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar

7. Add half a bowl of boiling water, turn to a high heat and then turn to a low heat

Tips:

If the time is tight, soaking there for half an hour (step 1) can be omitted.
