Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings
1.
Wash and chop the shallots, slice the ginger, and chop the garlic cloves.
2.
Wash the chicken wings, cut them into small pieces from the joints, and cut the wings twice.
3.
Stir-fry the ginger slices with hot oil in a wok, and fry the chicken wings on a low fire.
4.
When the surface is golden, add rock sugar and minced garlic and stir fry. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oil consumption, and add water that has almost submerged the chicken wings.
5.
Bring to a boil, cook on medium-low heat until the juice is collected, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. The chicken wings can be heated evenly in the whole wings, and the appearance will be better.
2. The garlic cloves are cut into the ends, so they will be easy to mash when they are laid out later.
