Oyster Sauce Tofu Roll

Prepare the ingredients.

Shred the lettuce and carrots.
3.
Add refined salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Add some salt to the tofu skin to taste. Take the tofu skin and spread it on the lettuce shreds and carrot shreds.

Then roll it into a roll, as shown in the picture.

The rolled tofu rolls are tied with blanched chives, as shown in the picture.

Put the prepared tofu rolls in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes.

Top with steamed fish soy sauce.

Drizzle with chili sauce and oyster sauce.

Serve the oyster skin rolls with oyster sauce.
