Packed Rice (farmhouse Rice Package)

In this step, let’s make mashed potatoes. Cut the potatoes into cubes and chopped green onions.

Put the oil in the pan, put the chopped green onion in the cold oil and sauté until fragrant. Pour the potato pieces into the pan and stir fry with a little light soy sauce.

Add warm water to the fried potatoes and a little salt (the amount of water is less than that of the potatoes), adjust the heat to cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

Stewed potatoes are easy to smash. Use a clean spoon to crush the potato pieces into puree. If you think the mashed potatoes are too dry, add a little water.

The prepared mashed potatoes can be served in a bowl

This step is to assemble. Spread a slice of steamed rice with lettuce on top of the lettuce. Put mushrooms and seafood beef sauce on top of the rice (see the previous article for the recipe). Mashed potatoes, green onion, coriander, roll up and serve.
