Pan-fried Baby Abalone

Fresh baby abalone, take out the meat and clean it

Take the small abalone out of the water, rinse with cold water, and drain the water

Add some cooking wine

Add some salt and marinate for a while

Take an appropriate amount of colored pepper, cut into the end and set aside

Tips:
Because I cooked well first, the time for frying is relatively short. If it is raw, it will take longer, a total of 4 minutes!
