Put the minced meat, shallots, and ginger together, add salt, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix well

Pour in self-raising flour and appropriate amount of water, knead well, let it rest for 20 minutes to wake up

Knead the awake noodles, roll the noodles, and wrap them. The skin does not need to be too thick or too big.

Pour a little oil into the pan, place the wrapped raw fried buns in the pan, pour in a little water, cover the lid and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes. After waiting, open the lid and sprinkle with sesame seeds and shallots.
Tips:
1. When frying, pay attention to the water. If it dries, add water and continue frying, just two or three times.
2. When the lid is opened at the end, a little frying can be introduced for a while and then the pot can be started again.
