Pan-fried Chicken Breast Fried Rice

Loose chicken breasts with the back of a knife

Add salt, honey, crushed black pepper, light soy sauce

Grab it with your hands, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate

Olive oil in the pan

Fried chicken breast

Add thyme

Fry on both sides and serve on a plate

Put the oil in the pan and add the rice

Add blanched carrots, corn kernels, green beans, tomato juice and a little salt
