Pan-fried Chicken Wings

Wash the middle section of the chicken wings, add cooking wine, salt, pepper, ginger juice, green onion juice, and grab a minute or two;

Wrap it tightly in a food bag and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for about two hours.

Heat the frying pan and brush with a layer of oil;
4.
Put the chicken wings in order on medium and small fire;
5.
Fry on one side for about one minute, turn it over and fry on the other side;
6.
Repeat frying on both sides until golden brown, sprinkle with sea pepper noodles, pepper powder, green onions
7.
Stamp, turn off the fire;
8.
Simmer for two or three minutes and serve with the pot.
