Pan-fried Meatloaf

Eighth-thin and two-point fat pork, wash and chop; I chop it in advance, put it in the refrigerator and store it in the refrigerator. Take it out and thaw it before cooking. This method is more suitable for busy office workers;

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, minced ginger, minced green onion, sesame oil to the minced meat, marinate for a while;

Add an appropriate amount of flour; it is recommended to add a small amount at a time;

After observing that the minced meat and vegetable fillings can form a cake that is not easy to loose, do not add flour;

Brush the oil on the electric baking pan, turn on the electricity, and start the "preheating" function;

Dump the meat into even-sized balls and put them on the baking tray;

After making the eight balls, close the lid and start the "Flat/Meatloaf" function;
11.
Wait for the roasting time to complete, then put the patties on the plate.
Tips:
1. For pork, choose eight-eight-point lean and two-point fat meat, which tastes better;
2. It is recommended to add green bamboo shoot juice with a small amount of flour successively; when the batter is thin, add flour, and if the batter is too dry, add green bamboo shoot juice;
