Pan-fried Potato Shreds

One potato peeled and washed

Cut into filaments and place in a basin. It's best to use a grater for potato shreds

Put a spoonful of starch and mix well

Put some salt, five spice powder, chopped green onion and mix well

Pour some water to keep it moist

Stir it well, there is a little starch soup underneath

Heat a flat-bottomed non-stick pan on the fire and pour some oil into it

When the oil is hot, pour into the potato shreds and spread it out with a spoon
9.
Fry on low heat until golden on both sides
10.
Fried and cut into pieces
Tips:
Potato shreds are best processed with a grater, just a little bit of starch and water
