Pan-fried Potato Tongs

1. Ingredients: 1 potato, 150 grams of meat, appropriate amount of green onions, ginger, and 1 egg.

2. Seasoning, salt, homemade dried shrimp skin monosodium glutamate (see the recipe for details), cooking oil, sesame oil, light soy sauce.

3. Chop green onions and ginger, and chop meat into fillings.

4. Add the scallion and ginger foam to the meat filling, add cooking oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, homemade shrimp skin, MSG, and sesame oil to make the filling.

5. Put the flour into the container and add water to mix evenly, add an egg to the batter and mix to make a smooth and even batter.

6. Cut potatoes into potato chucks with blades.

7. The meat is stuffed into the potatoes.

8. All stuffed potato meat tongs.

9. Preheat the electric baking pan (or pan) and lightly grease it.
