Pan-fried Steamed Bun Slices
1.
Slice the steamed buns (buns are best left in the refrigerator, and the hard ones are easier to cut).
2.
Add some fresh milk to the eggs, add some salt and five-spice powder.
3.
Beat into egg liquid.
4.
Dip the steamed bun slices in the egg liquid on both sides.
5.
Brush the pan with oil, put in the steamed bun slices soaked in egg liquid, and put it while soaking (not soaking for too long, it needs to melt).
6.
The finished picture, if you fry with more oil, it should have a crispy taste, mine is relatively loose and soft.
Tips:
For eggs, it’s better to choose farmland eggs, which are yellow in color and have no smell.
Steamed buns should not be soaked for too long, they must be soaked and fried
