Pan-fried Thousand Page Tofu

Prepare a thousand-page tofu and rinse it with clean water.

Drain the water and cut into pieces about 5mm thick.

Brush with watercress, drizzle with ginger and garlic water, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Brush the pan with a little oil, add tofu, fry on low heat, sprinkle a small amount of ginger and garlic water when frying.

When frying until golden on both sides, sprinkle salt, pepper noodles, chili noodles, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
Put the chili noodles and pepper noodles according to your own taste. When frying the tofu, sprinkle some ginger and garlic water to increase the fragrance and maintain the moisture of the tofu. It tastes delicious and chewy.
