Pan-fried Tofu

After the tofu is cut into small pieces, then cut into slices

Cut green onions into small pieces for later use

Add tofu in hot oil pan and fry

After frying on one side, continue frying on the other side

After all is fried, add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer
