Pan Fried Wanton
1.
Main ingredients: Wonton skin, pork filling, celery, fungus
2.
Put the chopped green onion and ginger into the meat, add salt, white pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, edible oil and other seasonings in turn
3.
Add the seasoning and mix well.
4.
The celery is cleaned and put into boiling water for blanching
5.
The blanched celery and fungus were finely chopped
6.
Put the chopped celery and fungus into the meat filling, pour sesame oil, and mix well when used to serve as a filling. (There is no water when mixing the pork filling, so don’t squeeze the celery)
7.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper and add some fillings
8.
Squeeze in half
9.
Roll it up once, pinch the two corners to each other.
10.
All are packed in turn. (Pack more at a time, put in a box and freeze in the refrigerator, and you can fry or boil it when you eat it)
11.
Brush a little cooking oil in the frying pan. The wrapped wontons are placed in a frying pan and fry until the bottom of the wontons is slightly yellow.
12.
Add appropriate amount of water, and the amount of water is about one-third of the wonton. (If it is frozen wonton, the water volume is half of the wonton)
13.
Close the lid quickly and stew over medium-to-low heat.
14.
Fry until the water in the pan is dry, sprinkle some chopped green onions and black sesame seeds, and fry on low heat for one minute.
15.
The finished product!
