Pan Roast

Peel and wash fine pork belly

Slice, about 2-3 mm, not too thin

Put the sliced pork belly into a basin, add green onions, light soy sauce, and salt to mix well

Add some vegetable oil

Grab well and marinate for 20 minutes

Prepare the side dishes when marinating the meat: sliced garlic, sliced peppers

Wash lettuce and set aside

Put a little oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and place the marinated pork belly slices. You don’t need to spread the slices flat, just put it in the pan.

Fry on medium heat until the meat slices change color, spread it with chopsticks, and turn it over

Fry until the pork belly is slightly browned

Add 1 tablespoon of barbecue ingredients

Use chopsticks to mix the grilling ingredients evenly, and then fry for a minute or two.

The finished product, fried pork belly with garlic slices and chili rings, rolled with lettuce and eaten, fragrant but not greasy. Just eat and forget to take photos of lettuce wraps
