I think this dish is the most spring dish. It is refreshing, sweet and sour, and slightly bitter. It feels like spring.

Pancake Bitter Chrysanthemum Rolls

1. Prepare pancakes and bitter chrysanthemum, chopped red pepper

2. Add vinegar and salt

3. Add sugar and beef powder
