Pancake Rolls

Material drawing. Marinate the prawns in advance, add light soy sauce, salt and cooking wine.

Put the flour in a large bowl, add boiling water and mix to make dough. Let the noodles cool slightly.

Wash the bean sprouts and cut the celery into sections.

Blanch the bean sprouts and celery before cooling.

Knead the dough into a dough when it is cold enough to not be hot to your hands, and knead it after a while to make it smooth.

6. Divide the dough into small pieces.

Roll into pancakes.

Bring the steamer water to a boil, brush a little oil on the cage, put a pancake, cover the lid, and roll the second pancake. After the second pancake is finished, turn the pan on top of the first pancake, and you can put the pancake on top. Apply a little oil.

Just add the pancakes while steaming, and steam for a few minutes after the final pancakes are placed.

When steaming the pancakes, you can prepare the dishes. The marinated small river prawns are drained of excess water and mixed with starch.

After everything is steamed, boil the pan, take out the pancakes and uncover the air.

Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the small river prawns thoroughly after the oil is hot.

The bean sprouts and celery prepared before are drizzled with water, and seasonings are added to make a mixed vegetable. Ready to eat, put vegetables and small river prawns on the cake, roll it and eat it.
Tips:
Vegetables can be whatever you like, as you like. Occasionally make a peace, it doesn't matter what you eat at home.
When you roll the cake, you may stack the two pieces together with oil in the middle to make the roll thinner.
