Pancakes

Mix the flour with an appropriate amount of water to form a fluid surface water, break up the eggs, pour into the surface water and stir evenly, add an appropriate amount of green onion to it.

Heat the electric baking pan and apply a layer of oil to the bottom of the pot with a brush. When the oil is 80% hot, pour in an appropriate amount of surface water to cover the entire bottom of the pan evenly. When one side is cooked, turn the pancake over and fry the other side until the two sides are golden and come out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Add an egg to taste better.
2. It's more delicious with some shredded potatoes
