Parsley and Carrot Shreds

Wash the radish, remove the head and tail

Tips:
Cut the radish as thinly as possible. The radish itself has a spicy taste, so first pickle it with salt for a while and then add other seasonings to mix evenly, so that the original spicy taste of the radish is not so obvious.
