Pasta Noodles with Spaghetti Sauce

Mix the flour with the salt, slowly pour in the water, and use the chopsticks to stir quickly, then mix the flour into a smooth dough; remember not to pour the water into the flour all at once

Roll out the dough into a square shape and random round shape; I prefer to roll it into a square shape. The dough should not be too thin, about 1 cm in size; apply a layer of oil evenly on the dough

Cut the dough evenly to a width of 1 cm

Take a dough jelly and stretch both ends; then round the noodles evenly. The kneaded dough can be hung on a rolling pin and left to dry separately

After the crispy intestine is washed, set aside; cut a cross knife on the top of the crispy intestine

Pour water into the boiling pot and boil, put the noodles in the pot and cook for 1 minute

Add the crispy sausage and cook with the noodles
