Pasta with Chicken Chop

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, then pat it with a knife until it is soft, then add the dark soy sauce, cumin powder, and chili noodles, stir well, add the ginger slices, and marinate for two hours.

When the water boils, add salt, then add the pasta, cook for about seven minutes, over cool water.

Put the noodles in cold water, put it in the plate, add the tomato sauce, stir well and set aside.

When the oil is boiled, add the marinated chicken chops and fry them until both sides are cooked through and cut into strips before serving on the plate.

When the oil is boiled, add the eggs and fry them until they are ripe, then put them on the plate.

Mix the pasta, put in the cut chicken chop, put the fried egg, sprinkle with chopped green onion and enjoy it.
