Pasta with Tomato Sauce

Wash the onions, carrots, and tomatoes and cut into dice. Cut the minced garlic. Prepare the pork filling and prepare the ingredients.

Put clear water in the pot, boil and cook the pasta.

After boiling the cooked noodles in cold water, drain the water, add a little olive oil, mix well and set aside.

Put oil in the pot and heat to 60% heat, then add meat, onion, and minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add carrots, tomatoes and continue to fry, add salt, crushed black pepper, and tomato sauce to the pan and stir-fry well.

Add water, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat until the soup thickens.

Just drizzle the sauce on the cooked pasta.
Tips:
Spaghetti is more resistant to cooking, so it must be cooked for a while longer than ordinary noodles to be fully cooked.
