Pea Beef Noodle

Cut the prepared braised beef into pieces. My beef is marinated by myself, and beef juice is available. If you buy marinated beef, it is recommended to find a small shop that specializes in marinated beef. Generally, the marinated beef in such a small shop only adds natural spices and has a purer taste. Add some marinade to the soup when you eat the meat.

Chop the chopped green onion and diced ginger, add the chopped green onion and ginger diced in a frying pan to bring out the fragrance.

Pour in sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Add the diced beef, stir-fry slightly, add some drinking water, if there is marinade, add it at the same time.

Tips:
Beef can be cut into pieces or sliced. If you are not a child, it is recommended to add a little freshly ground pepper, which is very fragrant.
