Pea Sprouts Tofu Soup

Pick and wash the pea sprouts. The tofu is just such a small piece. Come back and rinse with water.

Cut the tofu into thin slices, cut the pea sprouts into sections, peel the carrots, wash and shred.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add shredded carrots and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
5.
After the water boils, add the tofu and continue to boil.
6.
Cook until the tofu floats and it is ready.
7.
Add the pea sprouts, turn off the heat when the pea sprouts become soft, add salt and pepper to taste.
8.
When out of the pan, add a little sesame oil if you like to taste more fragrant.
